Where does TOTALview operate?
At present, TOTALview's operations are based in Christchurch, New Zealand. To complete floor plans, our field reps travel within the Christchurch City area, however they will travel to rural areas for a small surcharge.
As we deal exclusively with Real Estate Agencies, Agents supply us with the name, address, and contact number of the vendor, and what marketing package they wish to have completed. A TOTALview field rep then contacts the vendor and arranges a time to survey and document their property. Once completed, the final image is sent via email to the Agent, or we publish the plan in a physical medium such as a brochure.
How long will I wait?
TOTALview prescribe to a 'less than 2 business day' turnaround from initial assessment to delivered product. We understand that in Real Estate, after a vendor lists with an agent, there is the belief that by the time the Agent is leaving the sign should already be up and the marketing made available to the public. We do everything in our power to bring this to urgency to reality. Customer service is of utmost importance to us, and our clients can rest assured the quality and timeliness of our products and services are impeccable.
